FAQ’s

Velvet & Chrome is open to people of any gender over the age of 18.

Late Cancel and No-Show Policy:

A cancellation within 12 hours of class time is considered "late" and that credit will be forfeited with an additional charge of $10.

"No shows" and late cancels will forfeit credit and receive a $10 fee if cancellation happens 12
hours or less before class begins.

Velvet&Chrome has a no refund policy.

Drop in's have a 30 day expiration date from time of purchase.

As workshops are not Velvet & Chrome regular class schedule, there are no refunds and credits do not transfer to Velvet & Chrome classes.
